The Dutch company Roberts Holland BV has been established in 1962 and is located in Sliedrecht, near Rotterdam. Its market area consists of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Subsidiaries were established in Germany, France, and UK to achieve a better penetration into the markets outside Holland.

Roberts Holland BV manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of products. Proprietary tools are bought from the various Roberts Companies. Most other tools and accessories are purchased from outside manufacturers under private label contracts or exclusively produced as per Roberts design and specifications.

In January 1998 Roberts Holland BV was acquired by Q.E.P. Company Incorporated, a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of a broad line of specialty tools and flooring related products for the home improvement and professional installer markets.

Q.E.P. markets over 4,000 specialty tools and related products used primarily for surface preparation and installation of ceramic tile, carpet, laminate flooring, marble and masonry.
